Seeking Method: Purifying INTACT, NON-DE NATURED Protein (175 kDa) in Tween 80 and Sorbitol. Okay going back to the well … I have been asked to clean up an Intact, Non-De Natured Protein (175 kDa) in Tween 80 and Sorbitol …. And at a scale of 25 mg. So, versus, my post last week about preparing samples for LC-MS analysis, this is to be for NMR analyses. Thus the requirement for: - Intact - Non-De Natured - 25 mg scale Does anyone have, or know of, a method to do this? Right now, my best guess is to use Strong Cation Exchange. I have a gut feeling that it is non- denaturing, but I don't really know. So if anyone wants to comment on any of this, please do Thank you all so much. Mark
