
Good Afternoon, At our institution, some of the labs associated with our core units reside within buildings that are managed by local University Departments/Schools. This has created a question of, who actually “owns” the core unit space? Therefore, I am looking for suggestions on how your institutions have handled such space ownership issues (e.g., formal MOU, something else), and specifically what set of principles and/or terms were established, as well as the anticipated conditions under which the agreement would operate.
