Biorepository at institutional level?

Is anyone out there particularly proud of your institution's biorepository? We
have some questions regarding access and fee structures, as a start. Happy to
take any conversation offline.
Is this an area where others are actively working? Would be happy to join
forces and pool knowledge/thinking.
