Jeff, Nicole, I have the same question as Lisa.
How do you keep direct costs separate for determination of fees for service?

Manage Multiple Cores
Hi Jeff,
At CHOP we keep separate Accounting Units and Activites within Lawson for each
core. The accounting units, although unique for each core, roll up In the GL
to 'Core Services'. I would think that keeping only on cost center would
make it difficult to identify direct costs for the calculation of service
pricing. I would be interested to know how you would handle pricing and drill
down on core operations with only one cost center.

Multiple Cores
Would be interested to know who has multiple cores that operate under one cost
center for expenditures and to receive revenue and your experience with that
configuration.
We currently have separate cost centers for each of our cores but are thinking
about combining the finances of all to one central cost center.
Please let me know if any of you use this type of financial structure for your
cores. Be glad to further discuss off-line.
Thanks
