To those of you who do electrofusions ... what ratio of splenocytes to myelomas do you use. We used 1:1 and at one point moved up to 1.25 myelomas for each splenocyte. I noticed the stability of the hybridomas is less than ideal and want to bring the ratio down, so I would like to use your success as a benchmark. Thanks for sharing.
