This is the old 'Kabat' database which has not been updated since 2000

Wonderful resource, one would use the 'Search' tools for what the posting asked

Thera-SAbDab; http://opig.stats.ox.ac.uk/webapps/newsabdab/therasabdab/search/
Database of therapeutic antibodies which have been assigned an International
Nonproprietary Name (INN; assignment typically occurs at some point in phase I
or II)

IMGT V-Quest; https://www.imgt.org/IMGT_vquest/input
For germline assignment. Many other tools/databases on IMGT site.

IgBlast; https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/igblast/
Also for germline assignment. References IMGT database

I think the above is most of them. You can search against a sequence in each of
the above, but if the desire is to download a database, options may be more
limited.

    Good morning all,
    Is there a database for antibody sequences (mouse, human, etc) that can be
searched, aligned, etc?   It seems that Pubmed is limited and not very easy to
do.  I would love to compile several CDR loops from various antibodies.
