Subject: Re: [ABRF Ab Forum] [EXT] Epitope Mapping
MDAnderson has a Core facility to which I derive my customers that need epitope
mapping.
They don’t do the traditional overlapping peptides, but MS.
I cc here the Director of the Core David Hawke.
We should be able to do it with OCTET and peptides but we didn’t set up the
protocol yet.
Hope this helps.
Thanks
Laura

has a recommendation, although I would like to send the work to a shared
resource first.
