Happy Friday everyone. Hope you are all well. Have you ever done a IV injection for a standard boost (not the acute boost before harvesting the spleen)? A PAb company has it as part of one of their immunizations protocols … only for 2 boosts … and they say it really helps the titers. We have a poor responding target in mice and were thinking of using this in addition to SQ this next round. The immunogen is human cells and the target is a protein on the cells expressed at endogenous levels. Much to my dismay the lab is only accessing the response by a protein ELISA, but will do flow after this boost.
