Hi Andy
Attached is an old method that describes trypsin digestion in a ZIPTIP. There
is an error in the protocol as a few lines were transposed, They should be at
the start of the protocol not in the middle. The method worked quite well and
is probably applicable to most C18 tips.
Cheers
Keith

• condition ZipTip with 30 μL of 5% MeOH, 5%
formic acid
• wash ZipTip with 25 μL of water

Can anyone cite some references for using trypsin for digestions inside a C-18
SPE cartridge/tip?
