Hi C,
We've been using a recipe for "Velos" calibration mix developed by the U.
Washington Proteomics Resource. You can find it at their website
"UWPR...Resources...Fusion...Calibrations (xlsx)."
In our hands, we sometimes need to tweak individual components to get
everything perfect, esp. as the mix or the stocks age, but this homebrew
saves us a ton of money. Kudos to them! Their site has lots of other cool
stuff too, and some surfing might turn up other recipes?
The new calibration interface in Tune v3.4.### doesn't care for our
homebrew mixes, but the previous cal function is available under
Diagnostics ("wrench") and likes homebrew just fine.
