Have you tried scaling down already and it didn't work. If not try scaling down
and see if it works with the newer methods.

Hello all,
Using the Cell Signaling anti-AcK antibody protocol for IP of acetylated
peptides requires a large amount of starting material. In cases where there is
limited sample available would immuno-pull-down of intact proteins containing
acetylated lysine be a workable alternative? I would follow on by running the
eluates in parallel with 90% run on SDS-PAGE to cut out regions directed by the
results of an anti-AcK Ab western-blot with the remaining 10% of the IP sample.
