Dear Edman sequence colleagues I have worked with the ABI PTH columns from a long time ago, but it is not longer available. I know that there are some option available (ie HANSIL from Higgins Analytical, that kindly Dr. Brian Hampton kindly shared the information). Do you have any experience with other options?
